The problem

Leads arrive across WhatsApp, SMS, email, and web chat, each with its own inbox. Response time slips because no one is watching every channel at once.

The approach

Built a multi-channel lead capture and auto-response engine in the respond.io class. Webhooks normalise inbound messages from every channel into one stream, n8n handles the automation flows, and AI routing decides what gets answered automatically versus escalated. Next.js and FastAPI serve the operator surface.
